You might have had babies recently, or even years ago, and you're ready to take action now. A common question I get is "Is it too late to start?"
The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now. It's never too late to start, and think of this like an investment, the sooner you start, the better the outcome.
As a mother of two, I had to overcome diastasis-recti and pelvic floor issues to continue doing what I loved. Because of my background, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in overcoming the challenges many mamas face. My experience combined with my passion for fitness and love of helping others are why I have chosen to dedicate my life's work to supporting other mamas.
My tailored fitness classes for moms are designed to empower and strengthen, while my personalized 1-on-1 sessions are a truly individualized approach. Every fitness class and personal training session are held in a private gym in Langford, BC.
With a focus on safe core and pelvic floor practices, my programming ensures that every mom can exercise confidently and comfortably.

Strength Training

Flexibility
Keeping the muscles and joints, healthy, and strong. Stretching can help with better circulation, range of motion, and flexibility.
Stretching can also help with delayed resulting muscle soreness and stiffness.

Deep Core Training
Have you ever learned how to properly brace your core?
It's more than just sucking in. During 1-on-1 sessions you will learn how to properly engage your core. Connecting your deepest core muscles and applying that to every exercise. Once you learn my core activation technique, you will see drastic changes that become habits for life.
Mobility Work
Many of our exercises are designed with mobility in mind. What does this mean?
These will increase your range of motion, relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture, and prevent injury.
