WELCOME

It's great to meet you! You might be here because you're a mom looking to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your overall health and fitness.

 

Being a mother of two, I had to overcome diastasis-recti and pelvic floor issues to continue doing what I loved. Because of this background, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in overcoming the challenges many mamas face. My experience combined with my passion for fitness and love of helping others are why I have chosen to dedicate my life's work to supporting other mamas.

 

My tailored fitness classes for moms are designed to empower and strengthen, while my personalized 1-on-1 sessions are a truly individualized approach. Every fitness class and personal training session are held in a private gym in Langford, BC.

 

With a focus on core and pelvic floor issues, my programming ensures that every mom can exercise confidently and comfortably.
